Photography Policy – 2025
We welcome photographers to our property for sessions.
This season, we are scheduling for November 8, 9, 15, and 16.
Rates:
1-hour session: $50
3-hour session: $100
3-hour sessions scheduled in blocks:
Block 1: 10:00am to 1:00pm
Block 2: 1:00pm to 4:00 pm
We require a $20 non-refundable deposit to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due by the scheduled date. We accept credit, cash, check, or Venmo @RR-TreeFarm for payments.
Cancellations and changes require 24 hours’ notice.

Safety is a priority for us; therefore, we ask that all photographers agree to the Photography Session Release. This can be electronically signed and returned to us by email at riverruntreefarm@gmail.com.
Things to know:
- There may be other photographers and families on the property at the same time; however, there is ample space for everyone.
- Please feel free to bring props as you like. Please take everything with you when you are done. Also, please secure your valuables if you take them in the field as keys and phones can be difficult to locate.
- Dogs are welcome to join their families for photo sessions. We ask that families keep them on leash and clean up after them. We do have a large, but friendly dog who may be on the property as well.
- We ask that all visitors to River Run Tree Farm leave the farm in good condition, cleaning up after pets and disposing of trash and recyclables in proper bins.
- On arrival and departure, please stop by the red barn to let us know that you are here and that you have finished.
